Chris of the DMDirc team has announced that there has been several improvements to there homepage as well as the move away from the google code repositories due to poor services provided by google. This change comes complete with a whole new site which is looking fantastic. The announcement reads like so:

As you may have noticed if you're a regular visitor, the DMDirc website has recently been given a lick of paint. There is now a common header across all of the DMDirc sites (the main website, addons site, bug tracker and blog), which allows easy navigation between all aspects of the DMDirc website, and is a lot better looking than the old header, too!

A new version of leafchat has come around once again this time in the form of 2.1 there are one or two new features but a hell of a lot of changes in all departments, some from user reports, some just issues, some auto reported bugs - similar to the way the xchat windows version works and some API changes which plugin coders will be interested in.

The highlighted changes in this release are:

• Channel user status display
• Away status handling
• Automatically close spare windows
• popup notification events

The changes appear to be rather well accepted by the community as leafchat ( excuse the poor word play ) turns over yet another new leaf ( i know, sorry ) The change log as ever has been attached, note it has been broke across several pages as its .. big! and the downloads have been attached ( in order of os lin, win, osx)
