Try one of these suggestions:
- Hold 'CMD' down and press 'R' five times then let go - This should refresh.
- Unplug your WebTV/MSN TV unit from the wall for a few minutes in order to reset your unit.
- Also, trying to use Web messenger and chat at once can cause a blank screen.
